This site is a place to remember Joyce. She was taken from us at the ripe age of 93, but it still feels far too soon.
She was a mum, a sister, a grandmother, a friend, and so many other things to so many. She was the light of so many people's lives. Her enduring love was a beacon throughout stormy weather and a badge of honour that we all can be proud to wear.
Wise but curious, silly but stern, Grandma was a wandering wizard whose magic touched everything she saw. The world is poorer without her, but inconceivably better for having known her.
Please take a moment to remember her, what she might have given to you, what she meant to you, what you meant to her. Please share it here if you'd like or keep it with you to keep you warm. She'd want that.
And please, weep if you must, parting is hell, but life goes on, so sing as well.
